I'm Back!
Hi guys! It's been awhile since I visit this page. Yes I know I quit being a GM. Some of you probably know me, some are not. Well okay I will be honest with you. I am GM AizLe before, and now I'm back with new GM name Vixen (sorry I dont know my ascii code lol). It's been 2 years since I left EGI because of some personal reason.
I am really happy that EGI family accepted me again. I want to convince my co-workers and supervisors that I'm not going to run off on them again, that I'm finally at the stage of my life where I want to commit myself long-term to a company that can offer me a good career.
Anyway, I'll be using this blog to post the latest announcements from Highstreet 5 PF server and "some" personal life of mine *-^_^-*. I hope, old players would go back as what I did.. How can I make them come back again.. Hmm...

Things I have learned being a GM/Customer Service Officer
Knowledge is one of the most valuable assets in a company. But since I
am not so adept with the corporate world when I joined the company, I
have to learn more things. I should be clear that I’m not talking only
about formal training or education experiences funded by an employer.
While these can be valuable, most of us learn at least as much, if not
more, through less formal interactions with co-workers, customers,
players, or through our own efforts to meet new challenges. As for being
a customer service officer, a game master, I have learned a lot of things.
What I’ve learned being a Customer Service Officer:
1. I learned that customer’s/player's expectations can be shattered if you
don’t provide what they saw available on our website.
2. Responding to complaints with the players isn’t enough; it is HOW
you do it that matters.
3. Responding quickly and effectively is always a top priority.
4. Feedback from customers can provide company with important
information needed to have a better company’s operation. Focusing on
customer’s feedback can help me identify the potential of the game.
5. For me, customer’s complaints are precious. They give us clear
clues on how to improve. Not customers will actually go to the trouble
to complain. Those that complain give us the opportunity to fix what is
broken.
6. When customer is complaining, I have learned that we have to
listen and not to talk first.
7. And.. Everyone is a customer whether they will play our game or not
I owe HighStreet 5 a big thank you! Not for the job I got, but the lessons I have learned. Now I am giving a chance to take a new challenge for my new position which I will really work hard on.

Halloween Party @ Megamall Cyberzone!
Looking for an EB? Here’s one for ‘ya!
Mark your calendars because we’ll be having a reunion with HS5 players this October 25, for the HS5 Halloween meet happening at the Cyberzone in Megamall! The party will start at 3pm.
Tell all your friends both online and offline about it and have a grand time playing your favourite game with them for FREE. We’ll also be having an on-site tournament, so we’ll see who will be eligible to hold the title of “the best HighStreet 5 team” for the day! Sama na!
Slated activities for the event:
Free Play
Anyone can participate in the Free Play and try out HighStreet 5! Just approach our game assistants during the event and they will help you out with your account registration, character creation and in-game party. Free Play participants will receive one installer CD each!
Halloween Costume Contest
Since Halloween is just around the corner, we’ll be asking you to come to the party in your best Halloween outfit. However, here’s the challenge: Stick to the Halloween theme while still being fashionable! The one with the most “fashionable” costume will win for themselves a prize!
Couple Costume Contest
For HS5 couples IRL, show synchronicity with your partner by dressing up in tandem with each other! The couple with the cutest couple outfit will win a special prize for themselves.
Guild Cheer Contest
Show some guild pride and create your own cheer for your guild! The guild with the loudest and most creative cheer wins a prize for their whole guild!
HS5 Fanart Contest
Unleash your creative hand and draw your HS5 avatar! The best fan-art will be our winner for the fanart contest during the event!
- Artworks should be completed before the day of the event itself and should be drawn/printed/pasted on a 1/8th-sized illustration board.
- Any media (traditional or digital) will be accepted.
- All works should adhere to the theme “Have a HighStreet 5 Halloween!”
HighStreet 5 Team-Sync Battle Tournament
Join the on-site tournament and match you and your friends’ HS5 skills against some of the best players of the game!
-Any group of 4 HighStreet 5 players or non-players can participate in the mini tournament (tournament will be restricted to first 8 groups to register).
-There will be no level restrictions for the tournament
-A Special Room (with password) will be made by the team leader for the tournament.
-This will be a single eliminations match. The winner of a match will move on against another team until two teams are left for the championship.
-In the event of a sudden power interruption, the match will be reset.
-In the event that one of the players’ computer crashes, the match will be reset.
-In the event that one of the players lags, the match will continue.
HighStreet 5 Recruitment Drive (Guild Recruitment Contest)
Any HighStreet 5 guild/clan and its members can participate. We’ll be counting off the members of each guild by the end of the day and the guild with the most number of members will win a prize! If you only have a small guild, don’t worry because you will be allowed to recruit more members until the count off!

What I want for Christmas..
***Too boring.. i'm at work.. but im too bored... maintenance kase ng HighStreet 5.. No calls, no one is chatting in livechat.. no gmcc.. yeah posting in forum but basically that's it nothin more.. So i decided to browse my favorite website.. DoD... *staring*staring*staring* .... wonder what DoD is? lemme show you some pics.
and yes they are dolls.. cost like 800$+++ T_T that's what i want for christmas.. and my dad promise me he will give me those, hopefully he will. =x anyways, haven't got that much of money yet. yes i got but its too much for a doll so i asked my dad haha! it's my greatest possession since i was a child so..... maybe i could collect this cute dollies ^_^ anyway if you want to see more of 'em visit www.dreamofdoll.com oh well.....
